Monday Monday

It’s Monday.  The Farmers’ Market and (hopefully) the launch of Whisk Bakeshop is on Saturday.  This photo of Jack (which he styled and insisted on his adorable expression) perfectly summarizes what I’m feeling right now.  I’m excited, nervous, anxious, and ready to explode.  This week will be so busy as I have so many things left to do, and then all of the actual baking for the market, of course.  I’m going to take the week off from my baking project, but I will be keeping you updated with all the comings and goings and chaos of my kitchen.

My to-do list is a mile long.  (I wrote really big.)  I have this weird amazing tendency to wait until the last minute to do a lot of important things.  I think most people call that procrastination.  Well, all people call it that.  Wish me luck, minimal breakdowns and few tears!
